Follow the 21-day schedule to discover a happier, healthier you. The 21-day schedule, provides you with a type of exercise to complete each day. There are also extra exercises for an added challenge! During the first six days, you will complete push ups, squats and crunches. The number of exercises and repetitions will increase throughout the 21-day period. Days seven and 14 are rest days.
