Five Minute Vegan Pizza
Pizza doesn't need to be junk food. It can be nourishing, refreshing and delicious all at once. This five minute pizza is made using a prepared wrap and your fave vegan cheese.
- 1 whole grain, gluten-free or ezekiel tortilla
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese of your choice
- 3 Tbsp organic tomato sauce
- Veggies Veggies Veggies
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place your tortilla on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Cover in the tomato sauce, vegan cheese and veggies. Bake for 5 minutes or until crisp.
