  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp fresh aloe
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1, 1" piece ginger
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp smoothie mix (3/4 cup maca, 1/2 chia, 1/2 cup hemp seeds, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, mixed)
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
