The Best Tuna Salad

This is by far the most delicious tuna salad that exists. Crunchy, salty, sweet and packed with protein and veggies. You will not be disappointed. 


  • 1 can tuna, drained @wildplanetfoods 
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • Pinch each salt and pepper


  • 2 organic egg yolks (keep the whites)
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of one lime


  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Mix all tuna ingredients

Blend together the egg yolk and olive oil. Whisk in the Dijon, honey, salt, pepper and lime juice until thick. 

Pour over the tuna mixture.

Grease a small frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add garlic and sautée for 3 minutes. Pour in the egg whites and scramble slightly. Once cooked through, chop and add to the mixture.

Serve in whole grain Pitas, on top of a salad or with @marysgonecrackers
