When you are headed to the beach, lake or away for a weekend of relaxation, it  can be hard to stay on track with healthy eating. Thankfully, making big batches of fruit & veggie filled smoothies helps you and all of your friends or family stay healthy. 

Makes 4:

  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups #almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower butter
