PB & J Smoothie
This is a smoothie that is sure to bring you back to your childhood love peanut butter and jelly. It is extremely simple, totally healthy and includes an extra zing of fresh mint.
- 1 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp Natural, organic peanut butter
- 1 Handful fresh mint
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Tumeric, ginger or any other amazing anti-inflammatory addition (optional)
