- 1 head broccoli, washed thoroughly
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Meanwhile, cut the base of the broccoli off, without separating the florets. Coat the broccoli in the coconut oil and sesame oil and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until slightly cooked but still crunchy. Broil for the final 5 minutes to obtain a crispy, toasted flavour.
