Being exposed to new a virus, stomach bug or unfortunate allergen is all too common. Fortunately you can sooth your stomach and get the nutrition you need from this simple smoothie. 

  • 1 banana (yay potassium!)
  • 4 frozen strawberries 
  • 1/2 Apple, chopped (skin removed to make it easier to digest)
  • 1 tsp liquid probiotics
  • 3 drops liquid vitamin D
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • A 1/4" piece of ginger 

Blend and enjoy.
