We LOVE ❤️simple blends of the very ingredients we find in the fridge! This this simple guide for making your own amazing smoothie:

  • 2 types of fruit (1/2 cup each)
  • 1 type of veg - celery, kale, greens, cucumber, etc. 
  • 1 cup liquid (almond milk, water, coconut water, iced tea)
  • 1 Protein - 1 Tbsp nut butter, scoop of vegan protein powder, flax and chia, etc.
  • Splash of flavour - vanilla, cinnamon, herbs, dates, maple syrup, cocoa, ginger etc. 
  • Add 1/2 cup of Ice

Blend and enjoy!
