Oven Baked Kale Chips

Kale is one of those insanely trendy health foods that seemed like it was going to disappear in a heartbeat. Thankfully kale is here to stay and is a major staple in the So Fresh Kitchen. Here is our version of one of the recipes that gave kale its popularity. 

1 head kale, stems removed, washed and patted dry
1 tsp olive oil
pinch each salt, pepper, cumin, paprika

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Place kale on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Massage kale so that it is lightly coated in the oil and then spread it out on baking sheets in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cumin and paprika. 
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
