Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bites
Taking the time to cook pack and reset for the week ahead is super important. But having the time to do it all seems nearly impossible. Thankfully simple snack recipes like these energy bites offers a nourishing energy solution for the usual weekly grind.
1 cup oats
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup flax
1/4 cup buckwheat grouts
1/4 cup dates
1/2 cup peanut butter
Place oats, dark chocolate and flax in a food processor and grind until a gritty, even texture is achieved. Add the dates and pulse until a crumbly dough forms. Add peanut butter and process until smooth.
Roll Tablespoon size portions of the dough into balls.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
