Asian Mango Slaw with Sweet Chilli Dressing

1/2 cup each:
Carrot, mango, cucumber, red pepper (julienned or thinly sliced)
1/4 cup thinly sliced white onion
2 cups mixed leaf lettuce
1 cup red cabbage, chopped
3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp sesame oil
Peanuts, almonds, raisins and/or sesame seeds!
