Maybe the course is to offer you additional qualifications so that you can finally work your way up the corporate ladder. Maybe it is completely unrelated to your job and is a hobby you have been dying to try or a potential career change you have yet to embrace. Education is (nearly) always a good move towards a new journey in life. 

Make New Friends
Sometimes the ones holding us back are those we love the most. It does not require replacing all of your best friends, but getting to know some new people might just compel you to do something you are afraid of, try a new hobby or wander away on an exotic retreat. Surround yourself with people who motivate you to be your best. This is usually a great mix of individuals you have met over the course of your life and can include amazing new people who you meet at a new course, on a retreat or at your weekly yoga class.
