Why I Start Each Day With A TED Talk
Sometimes a little inspiration is all you need to boost your confidence and move through times of fatigue, struggle and adversity. Motivational quotes are awesome but sometimes the power of video can convey a much more powerful message than a sentence ever can.
This is why I start each day with an inspirational TED Talks video. If you don't know, TED is a non-profit "devoted to ideas worth sharing" and produces videos of inspirational people talking about great ideas. I find that this is the best way to boost my productivity, mood and passion for the day. Because sharing is caring, I want to share my all-time all-time favourite inspirational TED Talks with you today. I encourage you to add one video to your morning routine to reap the most health benefits. Bonus points if you can write about what your gained from it in your journal afterwards.
I guarantee that these videos will supercharge your confidence and determination to make each day more beautiful and fulfilling than the last. Enjoy!
