Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.” and very few individuals in the history of time have had the capacity to fully realize it.
We live in a world where between media, technology, globalization, shifting values, environmental toxins and materialism, the true concept of mindfulness has been skewed. And it tends to be those who believe they are the most deeply “mindful” who have it totally wrong.
