Fresh Find: Pureology Fullfyl Hair Thickening System
When was the last time you used a hair product that actually delivered the results promised on the back of the bottle? These products live up to their promise. For real.
Let me start by saying that I have a lot of hair. I'm not showing off, just being honest. Hair stylists marvel at it. My husband grumbles about the amount of hair around our house, in our drains and jamming up the vacuum cleaner. The amount of hair I can lose in a day and not go bald seems impossible. But I received Pureology's Fullfyl three-step system and I decided to try it.
I don't know if it's my age or damage from colouring my hair, but despite my major locks and a fantastic cut, I find that my hair has been fluffier than I'd like. When it air dries, it's not waving or curling consistently and could be heavier. I hoped that Pureology's Fullfyl shampoo, conditioner and densifying spray would add texture and weight to my hair—and they did. My hair air-dried to a fun, beach wavy texture with loads of volume. Now, it's not a system I'd use every time I wash my hair as I don't always like that much volume, but it definitely densifies and texturizes for the look of more, thicker hair. If you have thin hair, use the whole system. If you have thicker hair but want a little boost, use just the spray for a beach wave texture.
If you're not familiar with the brand, Pureology products are not tested on animals and are sulfate-free (which makes them great for preserving hair colour), paraben-free and the company is committed to conserving water and reducing energy used in producing their products.
